Batak — Terms of Use
Licence
Batak is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement for apps from the App Store. These terms add to that agreement and do not replace it.
The Game
Batak is a card game played for entertainment only. It involves no real-money wagering, and bids, scores and results have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or prizes.
The optional "Remove Ads" purchase removes advertising and can be restored on the same Apple account. Purchases are processed by Apple under its own terms.
Online Play
Player names must not be offensive, impersonate others or infringe anyone's rights. We may remove players or close rooms that break these rules or disrupt the service.
Availability
The game, including online play, is provided as is. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
